Salon Policy

Covid 19, Refunds, Cancellation, and Service

COVID 19 cancellation policy.

Temporary Policy- We require a minimum of 24 hr. cancellation notice via text, phone, or email. During this time. We are taking all measures to assist our clients with these last-minute cancellation request. If your request isn't received in a timely manner. We reserve the right to charge the full-service cost of your service price.

Salon Policy

5 Star Mobile Salon, requires a 48 hrs. cancellation notice via text, phone, and or email to receive a full retainer refund. We ask that if you need to cancel your appointment for ANY reason that you show common courtesy and contact us within 48 hrs. from the time your appointment was set. Failure to do so will result in your deposit being forfeited and non-refundable, and your card on file will be charged the full-service price. NO EXCEPTIONS. Proper notice will allow us to extend services to other patrons. Misrepresentation of your location will result in the cancellation of your appointment and future bookings will be prohibited. RETAINER WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.


If (Human hair) products are custom made for a service and the appointment is canceled, 50% of the product cost is required upfront. Human hair bundles, wigs, frontals, closures are final sell and are non-returnable.

Booking policy

In order to guarantee your appointment, your deposit is due at the time of booking. The deposit is deducted from your service price.




Due to the very high demand for our mobile stylist, we ask that you be mindful of our time, if you are running behind please contact the salon immediately at 571-296-3296 or [email protected]

NOTE: If a technician is left waiting more than 15 min an additional fee of $ 25.00 per ½ hr. will be assessed before services are rendered.

Clients' hair MUST be cleaned and ready for services. If the tech is left waiting for you wash, dry, cook, play with your children, etc…. You will be charged an additional $ 45.00 as they are still on the clock and every service has an allocated time slot. Any delays outside of the tech control will be charged accordingly as these delays may interfere with the next patron’s appointment.

Please confirm the desired and technique with your stylist before services are performed. If you fail to communicate with your stylist and adjustment or redo are required full cost of the original service will be assessed before new services are performed.

All looks are final. If an individual braid falls out within 3 days, it will be redone free of charge. Anything beyond the 3rd day will be charged $ 3.00 per braid along with our travel fees. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Hair can be provided for weaving services. Braiding services come with basic hair colors in 1, 1b, 2, and 4 with most of our braiding styles. Clients are welcome to provide their own hair to accompany the desired style. We are not responsible for hair purchased outside our salon. You must maintain your hair between visits in order to receive the full benefit and longevity of your investment.

Here at “5 STAR MOBILE SALON,” we take pride in giving our clients our very best. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with the services provided to you, you must contact the salon at 571-296-3296 immediately for minor adjustments to your style. If a new style is requested, you will be charged accordingly for the new services, in addition to the first style, already created.

For clients with thinning or balding issues, we strongly recommend a consultation before your service. We are not responsible for hair loss or hair breakage from hair weaves or braids removed outside of 5 Star Mobile Salon. If you have received services prior to contacting 5 STAR MOBILE SALON, INC, and come to us for removal. We are NOT responsible for any hair damage caused prior to nor during the removal process of your previous service. We strongly recommend utilizing our professional technicians to remove your styles created by 5 Star Mobile Salon, Inc.

If you have concerns or any issues with your scalp or are on meds that cause irritation to your skin or head. we ask that you inform us before your service. We take no responsibility for issues that we are not made aware of prior to your service for sensitivity, tenderness, abrasions, or sores to the scalp due to braiding or the hair weaving process. Our technicians perform a client comfortable check throughout their service to ensure they are comfortable.

Pictures are taken before and after all services. However, we will make every attempt to avoid any discomfort to our clients as this should be an enjoyable experience.

For everyone’s safety, we require no extra guest outside of the actual paying client to be present.

All children must always be accompanied and supervised by an adult.
