COVID-19 & Service Policies
 

For COVID-19 cancellations, kindly provide a minimum 24-hr notice via text, phone, or email. We accommodate last-minute cancellations. However, untimely cancellations may incur a full-service charge.

**Salon Policy**

A 48-hr cancellation notice is necessary via text, phone, or email for a full retainer refund. Please be courteous and notify us promptly. Failure to do so results in deposit forfeiture and a full-service charge. Misrepresentation of your location cancels appointments with no refunds.

**Goods & Products**

Custom-made products require a 50% upfront cost if the appointment is canceled. Human hair items are final sale and non-returnable.

**Booking Policy**

Deposits are due upon booking, deducted from the service price. Quoted prices are starting points; services will be priced accordingly. No free adjustments. Appointments require deposits.

**Late Arrivals & Delays**

Call if running late. A 15-min delay incurs a $25 fee for every 30 min waiting. Hair must be clean and ready. Delays beyond tech control are chargeable as they affect others.

**Service Communication**

Confirm details with your stylist. Failure to communicate may lead to additional charges for redoing services.

**Braid Adjustments**

Braids redone free if they fall out within 3 days. Afterward, $3 per braid and travel fees apply.

**Hair for Weaving**

We provide basic colors. Clients may bring their own hair. Maintain hair between visits for longevity.

**Adjustments and Satisfaction**

Contact us immediately for minor adjustments. Requesting a new style incurs additional charges.

**Thinning or Balding Issues**

Consult before service. We aren't liable for issues from prior services elsewhere.

**Scalp & Medication**

Inform us of scalp issues or medications affecting your service. We prioritize client comfort.

**Guest Policy**

Only paying clients present during services. Children must be supervised by adults.
