📅 CANCELLATION POLICY

48-Hour Notice Required: All appointments must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance via phone, text, or email. This allows us to accommodate other clients and maintain fairness in scheduling.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows:

If you cancel less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, your deposit is non-refundable, and you may be charged the full service fee.

If you are a no-show or fail to provide access for onsite services, your deposit will be forfeited, and we reserve the right to revoke all future booking privileges.

Technician Access: If a technician arrives onsite and is prevented from entering, unable to set up, or your location is not as described, your appointment will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.
🤝 EMERGENCIES & DISCRETIONARY REFUNDS
We understand that emergencies happen, and we approach each situation with compassion and flexibility. In the event of a last-minute emergency, refunds or credits may be issued at our sole discretion.

🚫 SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT POLICY
Due to the sensitive nature of our mobile services, we maintain a strict policy regarding the service environment:
Your appointment may be canceled without refund if the environment includes:

Visible firearms

Illegal drugs or substances

Unapproved guests or children interfering

Any filming, recording, or live streaming without prior consent

Any situation deemed unsafe by our technician
📌 IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION

Consultations: Available by appointment only on Mondays and Wednesdays from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. A consultation fee applies and will be credited toward any future service.

Children’s Services: We welcome clients aged 4–12, but they must be accompanied by an adult 18 or older at all times.

Pricing: Prices may vary based on the density, length, and condition of your hair. Additional time or care may result in adjusted service rates.

Rush Hour Appointments: Please allow a 30-minute grace period for technician arrival during morning or evening rush hour. Traffic conditions may vary, but we will communicate any delays as promptly as possible.
🛍️ CUSTOM PRODUCT & REFUND POLICY

Custom Orders (Human Hair Products): Cancellations involving custom products will result in an 80% product charge regardless of notice timeframe.

No Standard Refunds: As of January 1, 2021, we do not issue cash or card refunds. If a refund is approved under emergency or exceptional circumstances, it will be issued as an E-Gift Card, redeemable for future services or products.
📍 LOCATION REQUIREMENTS

Parking & Access: Please ensure clear and safe access to your location. If our technician cannot find suitable parking within 10 minutes, the appointment may be canceled or rescheduled at our discretion.

Location Accuracy: Providing an incorrect or misleading location may result in cancellation with no refund or rescheduling options.
